Every specific action (drafting and preparation of contracts, signatures of contracts delivered by the client, transcription of shares, drafting a decision of the sole shareholder / partner, the minutes of the General Meeting, issuance of invoices, bills, credit notes, preparation of documentary package for the bank, the court or the tax office, etc.) is charged taxonomic hourly rates charged by our partners.

Rates for individual tasks are as follows:

2. Second varianta all-inclusive all-inclusive option

This version of international tax planning includes all activities necessary for the proper and full functioning of your offshore company, typically as follows:

• Signatures at the notary, drafting contracts and agreements, a certified translation, assignment of shares and securities, preparation of offshore holding structures,
• Errands to the bank, issuing invoices, credit notes and bills of change, due diligence, documentation for banks, tax offices, auditors, etc.

The annual fee for all-inclusivese version is according to the size of your company 40,000 - to 100,000 - CZK
