This price list contains a clear definition of both basic services included in the basic price of your new company and additional services that are provided for an additional charge.

The price
includes, in particular, all the extracts from the respective registers, verification of all the signatures needed, TRADE LICENCE FOR FREE TRADE, the fee for drafting changes in the Commercial Register and REGISTRATION for income tax payment.

Our ready made companies with higher capital are 100% debt free and the possibility of starting an immediate business with all READY MADE companies is guaranteed and in accordance with the law.
The basic capital, for both LLC (LLC) and JSC (JSC) is already fully redeemed.
