PROCEDURE of establishing an offshore company – or how it actually works

A procedure for establishing a new foreign company for you in a tax haven proceeds at the following stages:

1) A detailed analysis of your situation and business plan, selection of the best destination, getting your consent to the concept of the use- and offshore structures for your businesses and, consequently, setting up an appropriate offshore company for you. NOTICE: Offshore company is, however, not suitable for everyone!

2) The administration of this company will either be left up to you alone and then you get a complete business company with all the documentation, or you leave the company at our administration and we will fully administrate it for you and deal with acts of the public authorities according to your instructions - see paragraph 4. Even if the company is left in our administration we will issue for you a certified documentation of the company and the general power of attorney for all legal transactions, so you can act at any time on behalf of the company or to authorize someone else thereto.

3) The maintenance fee for the basic administration of offshore companies in a tax haven must be paid annually, whether we handle all paperwork for you or you do everything by yourselves. Under this maintenance we handle a submission of annual reports and tax returns with home offices every year. The maintenance fee is also used for a flat tax payment, virtual registration address´ fees or virtual office registration administrator´ s consideration
